Our doves cannot be released too close to dusk, indoors, at night or in severe adverse weather conditions.
If we have to cancel a release due to bad weather either a full refund will be given or display doves will be used instead, by previous arrangement.
A dove handler will be present at all times, appropriately attired, punctual and reliable.
Every effort is made, by adjusting their diet, to ensure that birds do not produce droppings during a release however in the event of an accident we cannot be held responsible.
In the event of excessive delay to the release an extra fee may be charged or the release cancelled. If cancelled for this reason then no refund will be due.
